Valet boy or in Malay Jaga kereta, is a term used in Malaysia to refer to 'people illegally collecting parking fees at the roadside'. Valet boys usually appear in a gang of 2-5 persons, some of them probably drug addicts, requesting each car owner to pay RM1-RM5 depending on location.
