    A-Ma Temple (;

    ) is one of the landmarks of Macao, situated on the southwest tip of the Macao Peninsula. First building constructed in 1488, it is the oldest of Macao's three major temples. It is said that Macau, the Portuguese name of the city, came from the temple. It was well described in words, as well as with brushes and sail cloth, by Chinese and westerners. It is also one of the first scenes photographed in China.

    It is one of the sites designated "Historic Centre of Macau", which was enlisted on the World Heritage List in 2005.
