"Technologic" is a song by French duo Daft Punk from the album Human After All. It was released as a single on June 14, 2005. The song features an electronically pitch-raised voice singing action statements related to technological pursuits, for example, "Plug it, play it, burn it, rip it, drag and drop it, zip- unzip it" to a disco-like beat and a vocoded bass line chanting "yeah" repeatedly. The song was featured in an Apple Computer iPod commercial that was shown in the summer of 2005 and was also featured in the Motorola E398 mobile-phone, aired in early 2005 in Brazil. The music video, which featured what most described as an "alien robot baby," was seen as more of a slightly unsettling curiosity than anything else. A portion of the vocals were altered and used in the Busta Rhymes single "Touch It", produced by Swizz Beats. In a remix of "Touch It" the lines from "Technologic" were sung by rap artist Missy Elliott. On Big Brother (UK series 6), "Technologic" was played during Eugene Sully's audition video.
