    In general, a '''powder''' is a dry quasi-solid material composed of very fine particles that are not cemented together. "Powder" may also refer to:
      A color that is a light whitish shade of blue.
      ''Powder'' (film), a 1995 film directed by Victor Salva, starring Sean Patrick Flanery.


    Several powdery substances are known colloquially as "powder":
      Cosmetic powders such as face powder and body or talcum powders.
      Gunpowder, the explosive powder used as a propellant.
      Fine snowfall.
      Detergent (such as laundry detergent) in powder form.
