Passepartout, the name given by Jules Verne to the French Valet in the novel, Around the World in Eighty Days.
Background Passepartout, pronounced Pass - Port, was newly hired by Phileas Fogg when Fogg made a bet with his friends, at his Reform Club, for 20,000 pounds. The bet was that Phileas Fogg couldn't make it around the entire world in 80 days. Passepartout went with Phileas Fogg around the world.
