Pad see ew (sometimes pad see iew, Thai ผัดซีอิ๊ว) is a sweet noodle entree frequently served in Thai restaurants. It is made with sweet soy sauce, garlic, broad rice noodles, broccoli, egg, and some form of meat. Usually the meat consists of pork or chicken.
