Official PlayStation Magazine (often abbreviated to OPM) is an international video game magazine published by Ziff Davis Media focusing on PlayStation culture, including gaming on the original PlayStation, the PlayStation 2, the PlayStation 3, and the PlayStation Portable.
Staff The current staff of OPM includes, Demo discs OPM was the first gaming magazine to include a disc with playable and non-playable demos of PlayStation games. Beginning with Issue 1, each magazine came with a disc containing PlayStation game demos/videos. Beginning with Issue 49 (October 2001), the magazine came with a PlayStation 2 demo disc. Issues 50, 52, and 54 were the last issues to include PS1 demo discs. Whether or not the magazine will again change demo disc formats with the release of the PlayStation 3 has yet to be announced. However, OPM has now started to produce UMD demos starting as of the November 2006 issue which had a UMD demo of Killzone Liberation included along with the normal PlayStation 2 demo disc. International Editions Similar interational editions exist in the UK and Australia. The Australian edition is published by Derwent Howard and is edited by Narayan Pattison.
