    In the Cabinet of Canada, the Minister of Health (French: Ministre de la Santé) is responsible for overseeing the federal government's health department (Health Canada) and enforcing the Canada Health Act, the law governing Medicare. The current Minister of Health is Tony Clement, MP for Parry Sound-Muskoka.
