    M&C Saatchi is an advertising agency, with several offices around the world. The second agency founded by the world's most famous admen, M&C Saatchi has built up a strong position for itself since formation in January 1995, after Maurice Saatchi and Charles Saatchi were ousted from Saatchi & Saatchi in a bitter boardroom row. Since then, M&C has risen to become one of the UK's foremost agencies, overtaking the original Saatchi agency in domestic billings, and gradually establishing a global network which now stretches across 13 countries. The group has a particularly strong presence in the Asia Pacific region.

    The new agency has won a slew of awards for its creative work, however, despite this, M&C Saatchi remains one of the few independent creative shops, unlike the much-bigger Saatchi & Saatchi, which was made part of the Publicis network in 2000.

    Following M&C's launch in 1995, Adweek referred to the company as ‘The fastest growing start-up in the history of advertising’. The company set out with a clear business model to fill a market gap with a clear positioning. The gap that would be exploited lay between the one off boutiques and the sprawling conglomerates. The positioning is driven by the company’s powerful core philosophy: simplicity sells.
