    Labour (Commonwealth English) or labor (American English) may refer to:

      Josef Labor (1842–1924), a composer, pianist, organist, and teacher
      Labour (childbirth), the process of childbirth, especially the period from the start of uterine contractions to delivery
      Labour movement, the development of a collective organization of working people
      Trade union, also called organized labour or a labour union, an association of wage-earners meant to maintain or improve conditions of employment
      Workforce, also called a labour pool, all of the people working in a company, industry, nation or other group
