    There are several meanings of Haar:
      a Scots word for the fog or sea mist occurring along the east coast of Scotland
      Often a type of calling technique used in early cultures to indicate distress, or need. The sound is made verbally, and sounds like a hollow, short, rasp - 'Haar'.
