Fee simple absolute is a real estate term in which the owner is entitled to the entire property with unconditional power of disposition during the owner's life, and the property descends to the owner's heirs and legal representatives upon the owner's death intestate.
If the right of possession is restricted in some way, it is called fee simple qualified.
