Fats is the plural for fat, a generic term for a class of lipids in biochemistry. Fats is also the name of several people such as Fats Domino and Fats Waller. FATS is an initialism for Foreign Affiliate Trade Statistics, which are indicators for activities of foreign direct investment-related enterprises, in foreign economies. FDI-enterprises are sometimes called Multinational corporation or transnational corporations.
