This is an article about a themed land at Magic Kingdom, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland. For the land at Disneyland see Fantasyland (Disneyland).

Fantasyland is one of the "themed lands" at the many Magic Kingdom-style parks run by The Walt Disney Company around the world. Each Fantasyland has a castle as well as several gentle rides themed after Disney movies. In the words of Walt Disney: "Fantasyland is dedicated to the young at heart and to those who believe that when you wish upon a star, your dreams come true."

    Trivia
On Cinderella's Golden Carrousel, Cinderella's own horse is the only one that has a golden bow on its tail. It's in the second rank in from the outside, in the line immediately before the Indian chieftain horse.

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is built in the former location of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, based on the 1949 Disney animated film The Wind in the Willows. Fans of the Mr. Toad ride organized a petition in an attempt to prevent it from being replaced, but were unsuccessful. However, the ride contains an illustration of Mr. Toad presenting the Toad Hall deed to Owl (look to the left behind the car when you enter Owl's house), and one Mr. Toad car is on display inside the Exposition Hall on Main Street.

Other noteworthy Magic Kingdom attractions which have been removed include 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, a submarine attraction based on the film of the same name, and the Skyway, for which stations can still be seen in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. The submarine lagoon was left visible for years after the attraction closed, but has recently been drained, filled with dirt, and replaced with a Winnie the Pooh-themed playground for toddlers. As a homage to the submarine ride, the shape of a small green Nautilus sub can be seen inside Pooh's tree on the lintel above the door.

    Tokyo Disneyland
Tokyo Disneyland has three original attractions among the usual dark rides: the Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour, which features Disney villains including the Horned King from The Black Cauldron; The Mickey Mouse Revue, originally from the Magic Kingdom but moved to Tokyo Disneyland for its opening; and Pooh's Hunny Hunt, which uses a trackless ride system.

    Disneyland Paris
The fourth Fantasyland to open was in France at the Disneyland Paris theme park. Themed around a rustic alpine Swiss village, with all the traditional Fantasyland attractions, this Fantasyland adds a Snow White stage show. It is the most popular land at Disneyland Paris. A unique attraction is 'Les Pirouettes du Vieux Moulin'. It is a ferris wheel based on Walt Disney's original animated film, The Old Mill. The concept was originally projected for Disneyland in 1954, but was discarded then, only to be reconsidered and built at Disneyland Paris more than 35 years later.
