Edgar Bennett III (born February 15, 1969) is a former National Football League running back who played for the Green Bay Packers (1992-1996) and the Chicago Bears (1998-1999), in a professional career lasting for 7 years. He is currently the running backs coach for the Packers.

High School Years
Bennett attended Robert E.Lee High School (Jacksonville, Florida) and won varsity letters in football, basketball, and track. In football, he was a Class 4A All-State runningback, and was a SuperPrep All-Dixie selection.
