    The Crossosomatales are an order, newly recognized by the AGP II, of flowering plants, included within the Rosids, which are part of the eudicots. The following three families are placed here:


    Under the Cronquist system these were placed in the Rosales, Violales, and Sapindales, respectively.

    In addition there are four genera, each placed within its own family, that may belong here. These are Aphloia, Geissoloma, Ixerba, and Strasburgeria.
