Clause 28 Children's Protection Christian Democrats is a political party in the United Kingdom. Their main policy is to campaign for the reintroduction of Section 28, an amendment to the Local Government Act, 1988, which stated that a local authority "shall not intentionally promote homosexuality or publish material with the intention of promoting homosexuality" or "promote the teaching in any maintained school of the acceptability of homosexuality as a pretended family relationship".
The party also campaigns for Britain's withdrawal from the European Union, against abortion and sex outside of marriage and for the use of the Christian Bible as a guide to life.

In the 2005 UK general election, the party leader David Braid stood for both the Crosby and the West Lancashire constituencies, receiving 157 and 292 votes respectively.
