    Catherine Curran O'Malley (born August 18, 1962), Maryland state judge. She is an Associate Judge for the First District Court of Maryland, encompassing the City of Baltimore, and was appointed to a ten-year term in that post by Governor Parris Glendening in August 2001. She is the wife of Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley. The couple has four children, Grace, Tara, William, and Jack. Furthermore, she is the daughter of retiring state Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr.. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Towson State University and a law degree from the University of Baltimore.
